Before I came to know the Lord I was smoking about two packs of 20's cigarettes a day. I n the year November 1999 in Penang I accepted Jesus as my Lord and Saviour.
Before I came to know the Lord I was smoking about two packs of 20's cigarettes a day. I n the year November 1999 in Penang I accepted Jesus as my Lord and Saviour. I was hungry for the word of God. I would attend every Sunday service and also the evening Healing adn deliverance service as a very yound Christian just two months old. One Sunday evening before going for the healing and deliverance service I went for a swim with my friends. When I was in the water swimming just a few strokes I was out of breath. I told myself that I have to give up smoking.
After that, I attended the evening healing and deliverence service. There was about twenty people attending. We all started worshipping and after the worship the Pastor got a word and he said, "Someone wants to give up smoking.". I opened my eyes and looked around, for I told no one about me giving up smoking. I went forward to be prayed for and in "Jesus name I cast you out you spirit of nicotine". I was slained by teh Holy Spirit that very instance. From that time till today, I am delivered. Praise the Lord. Amen!!!
